FAQ

What camera do you use?
Canon 750d & Canon 1200d

What lens do you use?
Canon 18-55mm 3.5-5.6 & Sigma 18-35mm 1.4

What equipment do you need?
...Well I use my camera & lens. I bought a very low costing tripod online (which is brilliant) I purchased a clip on microphone for my talking to the camera chat videos. I use my Marley headphones when I edit my videos, which I also use the microphone for, for my voiceovers. I edit with iMovie and use my MacBook Pro. For backdrops I use a clothes rail and some boho throws, and lastly I use natural sunlight

What is involved to make this a career?
So I am new to this but what I say to people presently is... The hours you put in are very important, I went into this with the spirit and drive of a career, but the passion for something I love to do everyday! You can make money with YouTube by monitizing your content, working with company's, reaching out to them and visa versa, and sponsorships. Then you could start creating your own merchandise. Creating social media outlets and growing your brand. Organically things with happen and grow...what you put into something will give you results

How did this idea come about?
I've always been the jack of all trades, and never really felt I fitted into any 1 thing fully.. well without sacrificing time and energy going into another passion or something I could do well. So the mixture of experiences I've had made me feel I had so much to share with people. So many passions and things I do daily and my wondering mind of learning more and more I wanted to help people. So one early morning walking in nature in my job (lovely job finally) I felt I needed to try to express my passions and creativity, and YouTube is what came to me with no effort, in a very organic way. It just all felt right... and that lets me have a platform to bring all of my passions, experiences and knowlege togther in one place, from video ideas, creating videos to editing a creative and positive outlet for my mind, body & spirit...
